In the past week Tori Morley has done two live performances! She is living the dream!
On August 13th Tori played live in Kensington out front of the Roasterie. Though Tori was playing music that was out of the norm for Kensington, she was able to stir up a crowd as well as get a few people dancing. Tori was approached after her first set by a regular of the Weekends In Kensington shows, he told her that he loved what she was playing, that it was very different from usual and that she would do a very good cover of Valley Girl by Frank Zappa.
On August 16th, Tori rocked the house at Scuba Jays in Kensington for another gig. She had an absolute blast and played her heart out. The folks at Scuba Jays, both the crowd and the staff, made it a super enjoyable time on stage! “Scuba Jays is definitely now one of my favourite venues to play at! Everyone was so sweet and so accepting, the staff was very fun to interact with, and the whole experience was amazing!”
